John Lowe is a Dorset based author, illustrator, and publisher of “Dorset Houses”. John has had a long and distinguished career as an architect and local government officer, supporting the conservation of historic buildings, first at Burnley, Lancashire, then at Dorset County Council. He has worked with archaeologists, artists, and historians to develop interpretations of sites and buildings.
