This doesn't matter. We can either set this up for you, or
help you buy these services from any other online provider.
I already have a domain
name and web hosting?
Great! We can upload your new website to that. You will need the
username and password for your control panel.
Are there any on-going
costs for running my website?
We charge you a one off fee to design your website. The only
other time we will ask you for payment is if we are hosting your
website, (payable every 12months) or ask us to make any changes
to your website.
How do I get the ideas
and information I have onto my new website?
Simple. You just email it to us. The best way is in a Word
Document, including the page title, text and images required on
each page. If you have a logo, we can include this too, and use
it to match the colours we use for the website.
How can I make changes
to my website and update it with new information?
If we have designed you a 'static' website (thats the cheapest
option) you will need to email these changes to us. We will
usually be able to update your website within 5 days. If you
have a CMS website, you will be able to sign into your website
from any PC worldwide and instantly edit and add to your website
yourself.
How will my website
appear on search engines, and be found when people search
online?
When we design any new website, we make sure it is optimised for
search engines like Google and Yahoo. This includes using
keywords so that if someone searches for you business or
products, it has a good chance of appearing. We will submit it
to Google, Yahoo and Bing. We also offer a comprehensive

Will I get to approve
my website before it goes live?
Yes. We will upload a demo page for you to approve. Once you are
happy with this, we will finish the rest of the website.
Can you design me a
logo?
We will be happy to create you a basic logo for your website,
yes. However, so your website stands out; we do advise you
consider getting a website professionally designed or using an
online logo creator such as LOGOMAKER
to design your own.
How can I sell my
products online?
If you only have a small number of products, the easiest way is
for us just to use PayPal 'add to cart' buttons. This allows
people to order and pay for your products online by credit or
debit card. If you have a lot of products, sizes and options etc
and want more order, shipping and invoicing functions etc, you
will need a proper e-commerce website.
