About Me

Hi. My name is Dan, and I have been designing websites, as a bit of a hobby really, since 1998. I live near Poole, Dorset with my partner, three kids and a fat, lazy cat. I have worked mainly in the automotive retail business since 1991 after being told I made a useless mechanic. I have managed various retail stores across the south of England, and set up numerous websites of my own which I continue to manage in my spare time. My day job is still working in retail, managing a popular online mail order business I founded with a friend in 2000.

This website is intended to offer a point of contact between anyone who needs help with their own website and myself. In addition to answering many of the popular questions I am asked by people.

Please remember, I don't do this professionally. I also have never made it past designing basic, yet effective websites. So I am afraid I cannot help if you are looking for a very flashy site. I will always help to the best of my ability, but have to put the day job and hectic home life first! 

That said, if you don't mind a relaxed approach and are looking for down to earth, jargon free assistance with your website, I hope to be able to offer some help.
